About thirty years ago the school on the Haydons Road site closed its doors for what seemed to be the last time.

It was subsequently re-developed to serve both as a Community and Youth Centre, and it fulfilled these dual roles until the beginning of this year when it was decided to re-open it as a school to serve the ever-increasing demand for places in the Borough.

By September of this year it will welcome a new generation of children, and All Saints' School will be operating on two sites. It is an exciting and challenging prospect and one to look forward to as the building takes shape.
